In response, the city has contacted the candidate and taken steps to prevent continued use of the logo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to clarify that the City does not endorse candidates in elections nor does it grant candidates permission to employ the city logo in campaign materials.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If residents have any concerns related to the election, they are encouraged to contact the City Recorder&#8217;s office by phone 801-569-5116 or email <a href=\"mailto:tangee.sloan@westjordan.utah.gov\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">tangee.sloan@westjordan.utah.gov<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The City has received complaints concerning a campaign mailer that prominently features the city logo.
