The City of West Jordan promptly notified residents through their email newsletter and text messaging services. While efforts are underway to rectify the situation, the City acknowledges the inconvenience caused and is implementing measures to restore normal billing operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Impact on Utility Billing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although water meters were not affected by the network outage, the billing process encountered complications. Payments made in June were successfully received and credited to accounts without any issues. However, most residents did not receive a bill for that month, resulting in a delay in the billing cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Resolution Efforts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The City of West Jordan is actively working to rectify the disruption and restore normal billing services as quickly as possible.
