CITY OF WEST JORDAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) in the Thomas M. Rees Justice Center, Community Room, 1st Floor, 8040 S. Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT  84088.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding Ordinance No. 23-29 through 23-35 inclusive, amending the 2009 West Jordan City Code (Level of Service and Fee Coefficients; amending Section 3-7-7), adopting the Impact Fee Studies, Impact Fee Facilities Plans, and Impact Fee Analyses, and adopting and enacting the Impact Fees and Schedules for Police, Fire, Parks, Sanitary Sewer, Culinary Water, and Stormwater. Summaries of these studies, plans, analyses, impact fees, and schedules were prepared by LRB Public Finance Advisors and can be viewed by clicking https://bit.ly/IFFPA. The summaries are also available at the West Jordan Library, the Bingham Creek Library, the West Jordan City Recorder’s Office at 8523 S. Redwood Road, and on the City’s website (www.westjordan.utah.gov).
