Volunteer West Jordan

The West Jordan City Mayor’s office is proud to announce TWO new volunteer committees:

Good Neighbor Committee – This committee will organize community service projects and events with the aim of fostering a strong sense of community, promoting social interactions, and enhancing connections among neighbors.

Technology Committee – Technology offers many opportunities to increase communication and engagement between the city and its residents. This committee will explore and recommend tech-driven solutions to improve the city’s connections and services.

Other active West Jordan Committees:

  • Airport – Focuses on bringing residents to the airport through events and provides recommendations for future planning.
  • Healthy West Jordan – Helps foster healthy habits for West Jordan residents.
  • Sustainability – Explores and reports on ways to make the city more sustainable and environmentally friendly.
  • Diversity – Fosters an equitable and inclusive community for all residents.
  • Western Stampede Board – Assists with the Western Stampede event each July.
