Construction in West Jordan – Summer 2023
9000 South in West Jordan is seeing some changes on both the West and East side of the city. And a bridge being built over Mountain View Corridor is making progress.
9000 S (East Side Construction): The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) will widen 9000 South between Redwood Road and 700 West, in West Jordan and Sandy, by adding a new eastbound and westbound lane, a buffered bicycle lane, and continuous sidewalks throughout the corridor. 9000 S (West Side – Corridor Study): West Jordan is developing a plan for the 9000 South corridor on the west side of the City that is experiencing rapid growth from commercial, residential, and industrial development.
