Mill and Overlay Projects
Several streets are expected to be Milled and Overlayed this spring/summer. A Mill and Overlay is a pavement maintenance project that becomes necessary when too many cracks have developed in the asphalt surface, put simply: it’s adding new life to old pavement. Postcards with more information will soon be sent to homes that will be impacted.
7800 South
The City of West Jordan is in a lengthy design process with UDOT on the widening of 7800 S. south of 5600 W. This is a highly complex project due to the Mt. View Corridor intersection. Construction on this project will NOT begin in 2023.
