1300 West; 6600 South – 9400 South

The City of West Jordan, in cooperation with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), plans to widen 1300 West between Winchester Street and 9400 South.

The proposed project will create a consistent cross-section with one lane in each direction, a center turn lane where possible, bike lanes, and sidewalk. If funding allows, additional features could include full-width pavement rehabilitation, street lighting, curb, gutter, and other drainage upgrades.

Project design is underway through 2022. Property owners will be contacted in 2022 as more information about the design becomes available. West Jordan City plans to begin a separate utility relocation project in advance of this project which is expected to begin in early 2022.
