Show up early! Find your field ahead of time!
Apart from candy, children who discover a special golden ticket in their egg will win a special prize! If you happen to leave the event and realize later that you found a golden ticket, please email events@westjordan.utah.gov to claim your prize! This event is happening rain or shine.
Is this Event Free? Do I need tickets?
This is a FREE event, no registration is needed.
What age range is this event geared toward?
The egg hunt is for children ages 2 – 15 and is broken down into smaller age groups and abilities. This event features an ADA-enforced activity for children of all abilities to participate.
How do I find my child’s field?
Fields are color-coded by age group. Use this map to find your child’s field. Maps will also be on-site the morning of the event. Colorful signs and ribbons will correspond with the correct fields.
My family has kids of all ages, can I keep them all on one field?
Yes – however, we do not allow older kids on the smaller children’s field. If you’d like them to stay together – we ask that they go on the field of the oldest child.
Where can I park for this event?
There are several parking lots surrounding the Utah Youth Soccer Complex. Review the map.
What is the schedule for this event?
This event begins at 9 AM sharp! Families will line up around their respective fields and run out as soon as the buzzer goes off. We encourage parents to show up at least 15 minutes early to allow time to find their children’s fields and ensure they don’t miss the buzzer.
What is the ADA feature of the event?
The event features an ADA enforced activity for children of all-abilities to participate. Eggs will be placed on cement and tables, making it easy for children who may be in a wheelchair to participate. It is also a space away from crowds for children who may be a bit more sensitive to groups and loud noises.
Do I need to bring my own basket?
Yes, please bring your own basket or bag.
