Our speaker will be Denise Devynck, BSW, PDC. She’ll be getting us ready for the new year teaching us about Self Sustainable Food Forest Design. Learn how to empower your property, large or small, with designs of rainwater catching systems that contribute to saving water, so that your “food forest” will eventually live on rain alone. Learn about drought resistant plants that are native and hardy, ranging from perennials to Utah fruit and nut trees, as well as nitrogen fixing and mineral fertility plants. Also 37 of the most. nutritious berries, root crops, and herbs you can harvest in winter. Bring your friends. Children are welcome too.
