A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) in the Thomas M. Rees Justice Center, Community Room, 1^st Floor, 8040 S. Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT  84088. View the Public Hearing Notice here.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding Ordinance No. 23-29 through 23-35 inclusive, amending the 2009 West Jordan City Code (Level of Service and Fee Coefficients; amending Section 3-7-7), adopting the Impact Fee Studies, Impact Fee Facilities Plans, and Impact Fee Analyses, and adopting and enacting the Impact Fees and Schedules for Police, Fire, Parks, Sanitary Sewer, Culinary Water, and Stormwater.
